SHIPPING INFORMATION
CGAuthentics.com will ship our products anywhere, but certain
restrictions and duties may apply to international destinations.
We'll let you know how much it costs to ship, and do our best to
keep you informed about potential shipping issues.
Important Information:
Orders placed prior to 1:00pm EST will be shipped via UPS the
following business day (Monday - Friday)
Orders placed later than 1:00pm EST will be shipped via UPS the in
two business days
Orders will not be delivered by UPS on weekends or holidays
Shipping within the USA:
United Parcel Service - Orders will be sent via your choice of
either UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-day Select. Shipping
tracking numbers will be sent along with a delivery email
confirmation when we have have shipped your purchased items. The
arrival of your order at that order's shipping address will depend
on your chosen shipping method (please view
UPS.com for
approximate delivery time) and when we shipped the order.
Method of Delivery:**
UPS Next Day Air Guaranteed delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or
the end of next business day depending on location
Delivery by noon or 1:30 p.m. on Saturday
Deliveries to Hawaii may take an extra day
Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5
days
UPS 2nd Day Air Guaranteed on-time delivery throughout the U.S. and
Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day
Intra-Alaska shipments are not guaranteed
Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5
days
UPS 3 Day Select Guaranteed delivery within three business days to
and from every U.S. address in the 48 contiguous states
Available in the U.S. in the 48 contiguous states
UPS Ground 3-7 days
Day of delivery dependant upon distance between shipper and
receiver. The closer you are to Florida the shorter the delivery
time.
UPS guarantees the day of delivery for every ground package shipped
to any address within the 48 contiguous states, except for any
ground package sent to Alaska or Hawaii.
*Please note that certain products or orders may be too large, too
fragile and / or too heavy to be shipped by our standard methods. If
this is the case we will inform you if your order requires extra
freight and the additional cost incurred.
**Most orders are shipped within two business days
Shipping outside the USA
United Parcel Service - All orders going to Canada, international
destinations. Orders shipped outside of the US are not charged US
taxes; however, all orders pass through customs and are subject to
import duties, taxes, and custom processing fees. A customs invoice
will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients
are responsible for paying these additional fees.
Please note: cgAuthentics.com is unable to provide estimates for any
customs fees; check with your local customs office for more
information.

location.
Available for delivery to all delivery addresses in the 10 Canadian

Rates do not include customs clearance
Brokerage charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to importer
unless otherwise indicated by shipper
UPS Worldwide Expedited Guaranteed On-time Delivery from Two to Five
Days
Delivery to more than 57 countries
All-inclusive rates including customs clearance
Most shipments to Canada and Mexico are delivered within three
business days
Most shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are
delivered within four business days
UPS Worldwide Express Guaranteed next day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to
major metropolitan areas in Canada, and by the end of the business
day to most other Canadian destinations
Guaranteed second day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to major business
centers in more than 700 cities across Europe, and by end of day to
most other destinations
Guaranteed door-to-door, customs-cleared delivery to more than 215
countries and territories
