Authentics and Cole George Sports Management can make no guarantees
that your item will be signed. Our clients reserve the right
to refuse to sign at anytime. This seldom occurs, but we must
inform you. Additionally, Cole George Sports Management and
its subsidiaries cannot be held liable for lost or damaged items
beyond the reimbursement of any fees originally exchanged for
service.

The cost for a special request signature is
dependent upon the fee scale associated with an individual's
exclusivity and the particular type of item you would like
signed. In most cases the type of item you intend to send in for
signing is already listed on our store's price chart - please refer to
that listing for further reference. Please be aware
that all Mail-In Requests will be charged a $5 handling fee.

When you have determined the price for
signature, please package the item appropriately and ship
the item and your check or money order (should you prefer to pay
by credit card, you may do so through our
store - instructions will be sent via email upon our receipt
of your item) via your method of choice (we prefer UPS or FedEx
– please do not use the Post Office) to the following address:

When you send the item, please be sure to get
the tracking number and email it to
MIR@cgauthentics.com
(along with the name of the shipping company and the date you
sent it). Also please let us know your intended method of
payment.

When we receive your notification, we will
reply with an acknowledgement that we know the item is on its
way. Upon arrival we will let you know an approximate timeframe
within which you should be getting the signed item back.
If you indicated that you wanted to pay by credit card we
will include payment instructions with this email.

Once the item is signed, we will return ship
it along with a certificate of authenticity. The item will be
return shipped in its original container. After the item
ships we will forward on to you the tracking number and shipping
specifics.
